How To Get Large Chest Garden Paws

You have to build the miners camp in the village. Then you get the option to remove the boulder, which is blocking the entrance to the cave. There are similar caves in the forest, too.

Thankyou! I thought maybe I had to get an egg and put it in the nest that was infront to unlock a passage or sumthin.

If it really would have been the egg, I never could have opened the cave. It never occurred to me, to search the surroundings for hidden mechanisms, and I would never have thought about a such creative opening mechanism.
Luckily for me, the solution was only throwing money at Frank ^^

I have the miners camp, but there are few places I can hear the "chest" noise, cleared all possible chests nearby and still hearing it. One such place is the mini island near Robert's house. The other is underneath Sasha's inn...
There's also a bunch of obvious caves still unable to be unlocked like the one behind the waterfall nearest the campsite.

I found one inside a waterfall, I had to drop down from the top and fall into it.

There are two chest locations near the "chicken waterfall(s)"

1) Inside the cave behind a waterfall,

2) On the other side of the mountian/hill sometimes there is a chest on a small cliff edge.
You'll hear the music when you go up to the chickens, you can peer over the edges to locate it and just fall ontop of it.

i found and opened the pay sign 2000 coins, i was so sad to find a chest with only a few flowers! maybe the chests could be a whole lot more fun and profitable to find? please

from what I have seen, the chest loot is random and could be anything

Yes, chests are random. Some have more profitable finds than others. Plus as you "level" up in the game by purchasing/upgrading the town buildings, more types of flowers/plants that are worth more will spawn and can be found in the chests.

Yeah.... I found one on an island which you need the glider to get to, total pain... and all it contained was ONE DAISY...

Just like to add I found a couple of chests UNDERNEATH rocks - I had to mine the rocks away first. Notably on the beach by the campsite under a flat rock and the pile of rocks in front of the inn.
